Crystal Rainbow is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to handle and boost sales.

To handle and boost sales, we are looking for a targeted employee who takes leadership and responsibility for:
- Sales online B2C
- Establishment of external picking warehouse
- Wholesale B2B Denmark and internationally
- Experience with sales, e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Business understanding, in particular for omnichannel, as well as a creative and commercial mindset.
- Preferred experience with: Shopify, Active Campaign, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Business Manager.
- A data-driven and analytical approach and experience with online marketing, including an understanding of how to convert data into sales results.
- Preferably experience with split testing, conversion optimization and marketing automation.
- A graphic eye preferably with knowledge of e.g. InDesign, Photoshop or similar programs.
- You can express yourself in writing in Danish as well as English.
