In your order, a return label is included if necessary.

In case you didn't receive a return form with your order, no need to worry just contact us by mail or phone and we will help you. Please be prepared with your order number when contacting us, for faster service.


If you wish to exchange or return your item, you just have to follow the guideline below.

  1. All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.
  2. Send the package to:

  1. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
  2. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
  3. You will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.


Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.
