Crystal Rainbow offer you to return an unused item within 14 days form the date of your receipt.
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us, therefore there is no extra charge when exchanging or returning items. (free return only applies to local customers)
Be aware that all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, you just have to follow the guideline below.
In your order, a return label is included if necessary.
Be aware that we will provide 1 return or 1 exchange.
- All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.

3. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
4. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

Crystal Rainbow does not accept returns that exceed our 14 day return policy, in this case we automatically sent your back to you with the refund refused.
We also do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed. All items must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered inside the poly bag, including the packing slip, and with all original Crystal Rainbow tags still attached.
