Extended Christmas return - All orders placed in December can be returned until 31 January 2024.
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us, therefore there is no
extra charge when exchanging or returning items. (free return only applies to local customers)
Be aware that all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, you just have to follow the guideline below.
In your order, a return label is included if necessary.
Be aware that we will provide 1 return or 1 exchange.
1. All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.

3. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
4. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
5. You will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.
