- PRICING POLICY
All prices are shown in DKK, NOR, SEK, GBP, EUR, USD.
Prices do not include delivery charges.
Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
We accept the following credit- and debit cards:
Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct og Maestro.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
In busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier.
We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN DENMARK
Free Shipping will apply on all orders above 1500 DKK.
On orders less than 1500 DKK, a shipping fee of 40 DKK will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 1-2 working days
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY WITHIN EU
Free Shipping will apply on all orders above 1500 DKK.
On orders less than 1500 DKK, a shipping fee of 70 DKK will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 2-4 working days
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU
A shipping fee of 120 DKK will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 3-10 working days
- RETURN & EXCHANGE
We gladly accepts returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offers you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt.
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us which is why there is no extra charge when exchanging or returning items for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guideline below.
In your order, a return label is included if necessary.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and enclose it in the shipment. You can easily reuse the bag the products were sent in for the return.
2. All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.
3. Send the package to:
- Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
5. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
6. You will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.
7. Returns are at your own expense but you are more than welcome to stop by our office on the address mentioned above and deliver your package.
(Monday – Friday 09.00-16.00).
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.
- ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for your order when we proceed your order.
Your order will be dispatched as soon we receive the item from our supplier.
We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, images of the claim and a description.
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care.
The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
We use EPAY, the leading Danish paymentsystem to process your orders.
Your data will be submitted exclusively to the Danish manager of payment card transactions, PBS.
We guarantee the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
