How can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have received your order confirmation it is not possible to cancel or change your order.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day.
How do I know what size to choose?
All items have a size-guide. Choose the size you normally use.
Can I wear my normal clothes under the items?
All our outerwear items are designed, so that you can wear your daily clothes under.
Can I use your item for skiing or snowboading?
Yes, you can easily wear your item on your next ski holiday. We have made sure, that the design and details fits with the winter sports.
How do I return an item?
Returns are at your own expenses.

How can I exchange an item?
It is important for us, that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us, therefore there is no extra charge when exchanging items for a different size or color, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guideline for returns. Returns are at your own expenses.
How will I know, that you have received my return?
You will receive an email. Make sure to save your shipping receipt until you hear from us.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days from when we have received your package.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
It may take up to 10 business days before the amount will be back on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.
In case you have received a defect item, contact us right away by email or phone, before you return it to us.
It’s always good to e-mail us pictures, but it’s also important that you send the item to our office, so that we can study the defect.
